Wow! What a great day of softball!
Special mentions: River Ratz came on strong against the mighty Garage(undefeated this year), after having beat 9Lb and Neighbor Kids in 90 degree direct sun. Garage managed to hold them off in the end, but definitely put there hearts into it. Fortunately, for Easystreet, Nancy Fritz (MVP All Star Game) made it back just in time from Canada to help knock Slummit to the loser’s bracket. Credit Matt Wilkins with a walk off homer to win the game for SFOA (blue Summit) over the Comet. And, ladies and gentlemen, let me tell ya, rookie team- Mona’s, has come out to PLAY this year.

So, enjoy the 4th of July weekend, and playoffs continue Saturday July 12th and Sunday July 13th.
